DIY Twin Bunk Bed

Twin bunk bed is the best way to save space in a smaller bedroom which still has two beds. Twin bunk bed is the perfect way to give each child their personal space, keeping the same space as a normal sized double bed. If you are thinking of bunks, make sure that the person sleeping on top is able to climb stairs without assistance. With the table or circular saw, cut four pieces of sheet measuring 9 inches by 37 inches of plywood. Sand all edges of the cut pieces. Stand 2 inches by 6 inches by 80 inches together at their sides and place on September 1 inch by 37 inch piece of plywood on each end.

Place last 2 inches by 6 inches by 80 inches together in their sides. Flip the pieces and align one end of the 2 inch by 6 inch by 34 inch panel of the end plates 80 inches. Secure the board 34 inch wood screws every three inches. Repeat on the other end with another 2 inches by 6 inches by 34-inch board. Attach the last board 34 inches on the outside of the legs as a rung of the ladder twin bunk bed.
